Northern California Plumbing Company Increases Call-Ins by 20%

Objective: Rapid Rooter, the number one sewer and drain company in Sacramento, wanted to redesign their logo and build awareness for their plumbing repair services, ultimately to increase service calls.

Solution: Entercom Sacramento developed an integrated marketing campaign for Rapid Rooter that introduced an entirely new branding, which included a new jingle and logo and digital media components such as a Facebook contest page. The page offered fans a chance to win a $500 Visa card for “Liking” Rapid Rooter on Facebook. Additionally, all entrants received a $25 coupon for plumbing services.

Results: The new branding and marketing campaign increased their Facebook “Likes” tenfold and grew their opt-in database by 500 new potential customers.  Service calls for plumbing repair jumped over 20% during the promotion.
