Heritage Natural Food Store Grew Social Footprint by almost 2000%

Objective: Elliott’s Natural Foods is a heritage brand with three locations in the market. While they have good brand recognition in the market due to consistent advertising year-round, they felt their  social media exposure was light.

Solution: Entercom Sacramento developed a multi-tiered campaign that utilizing social engagement. Using Facebook, Entercom created a contest with a great shopping spree as the grand prize, and a bounce back coupon for their next in-store purchase.

Results: Elliott’s Facebook fans grew from 141 to over 2,700 in just a few weeks. As a result of the contest, over 650 people opted to receive information from their stores. In-store traffic also increased and the use of couponing had such a positive effect they’ve created a monthly coupon on their Facebook page.
